We have a number of reception team members, all of whom are trained to deal with a wide variety of tasks in a sympathetic manner with complete confidentiality. They have all been trained for the various jobs including being a Chaperone which they perform at the Surgery in a Clinical setting.
If they cannot answer a query they will undertake to find someone else who can.
