HOW DO I MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT OR GET HELP FROM THE SURGERY?
The practice is OPEN and you will be triaged as soon as possible.
For non-urgent medical matters we are able to care for you. However, we need to do things slightly differently to protect you from Coronavirus. For all of the services listed below please email or call the surgery:
- Telephone and face-to-face appointment
- Email advice
- Appointments for blood tests, any other tests, dressings, wound care, smears, family planning, vaccinations or other routine procedures
- Any medical and medication advice or queries.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:
Call the surgery on 01708 520830.
We will soon be sending details of how you can book a video consultation with a doctor or nurse.
Consulting your Doctor
You can book your appointments yourself by registering for online services, or you can telephone us or pop into the surgery to book your appointment. Please inform the receptionist if you would like a longer appointment for more than one condition.
To call your doctor in an acute emergency phone 01708 520830 during the following hours:
8:00am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday
The receptionist will take appropriate action to contact a doctor immediately, where needed.
Consulting your Nurse
You may make an appointment by phone to see the Practice nurse.
If you would like medical advice from the doctor or nurse please call 01708 520830 and explain this to the receptionist. Usually this will be between 11.30am and 12 noon.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Please ensure you book your appointment well in advance of travel, as appointment pressures may result in us not being able to carry out the vaccinations at the surgery if booking at short notice.
